So I want to walk you through a bit more about me personally and our coaching programme, as well as introducing to our Breakthrough Coach who will take you through one of the most rewarding calls you will ever have.

I am one of the Leading Experts in the Health and Fitness Space with clients across 20+ countries worldwide and a client portfolio exceeding 400 women in the past 12 months alone

I appear confident in my approach as I allow my results to speak for themselves and thise results speak volumes

I give 120% to every single woman who works with me as my standard is delivering world class results and anything short of that is simply not acceptable for me and my team

Firstly, I am NOT just a PT nor a nutritionist – I am a COACH and there is a BIG difference. There are 3 major areas for success; Exercise, Nutrition and Habit creation.

The first two areas (Exercise and Nutrition) get you the initial result but the Habit Creation allows you to MAINTAIN it – something very few people are actually educated on and hence spend their lives yo-yo’ing.

Remember, your goal is NOT to simply lose weight or get in shape (you may have already done that many times) your goal is to reach your goal and MAINTAIN IT

PT – someone who focuses ONLY on the exercise area with you 1-1 at a gym, ie they stand with you as you perform a workout to count your reps and push you harder

Nutritionist – someone who focuses ONLY on nutrition and the benefits of certain food quality

Both of these are usually fairly one-size fits all or templated info to a certain extent, which is great but not actually what you need to reach your goal and hence why you havent achieved it yet

Coach – someone who EDUCATES you on all three fronts inside YOUR daily life and how to maintain those results longterm

Something I hear A LOT is:

“Keto works for me” “I tried shakes and that worked” “I did X programme and it worked”

Worked for what??

Did it allow you to lose weight but then you regained it when you stopped? Remember your goal is not to simply lose weight, so if it didn’t allow you to maintain it then it did NOT work

Did it allow you to see some results then you plateaued or couldnt maintain it? Again, was that your true end goal?

NO – so it did NOT work

Once you realise that these quick fixes or one size fits all methods DO NOT ACTUALLY work for your goal then it becomes SO much easier to understand what you need to do to actually reach your goal

– Note they ‘work’ in the fact they allow you to lose weight BUT that is NOT your goal, your goal is to MAINTAIN those results and these methods are NOT designed for longterm success, READ THIS AGAIN –

Why do I work with clients on all 3 aspects?

Because the food and workouts is usually not the reason holding the person back.

Sound strange?

Well, its true. We all know results are found in consistency

Very quickly, I know you probably don’t care too much about who I am… you’re more concerned about how I can help you but my name is Laura Lambe and I Specialise in teaching busy women how to get into shape and become the best versions of THEMSELVES

I split my time between Ireland and the US after meeting a partner who (not very conveniently) lives in Nebraska, US. I am the CEO of Laura Lambe Fitness working 12 hour+ days on occasion and managing a team of 12 employees and 150+ clients.

To say my life is stressful is an understatement at times but I am a firm believer that pressure is a privilege and I am honoured that every single day I get to change a woman’s life

A responsibility that I don’t take lightly

I used to Work As An Investment Risk Advisor to a CEO Of A Multi-Billion Dollar Company and REALLY struggled to get in shape. Every single programme I bought was one size fit all and I couldn’t maintain it long enough in my life to see results.

I needed something that was flexible to suit my client dinners or cocktail parties. I needed something that fitted around my long work days, I simply didn’t have the time to workout for hours 5 days a week. I needed something that helped me with my mindset and to control my stress levels better so I wouldn’t turn to food after every hard day.

So I decided to figure out how this ‘health’ thing worked and went back to get educated on nutrition, training and lifestyle coaching.

Once qualified I fell in love with knowing what to ACTUALLY do instead of just following another random thing I found on instagram. So, began years of coaching on the side of my day job. Over that time I coached hundreds of women who ranged from wanting to lose 100+lbs to wanted to build muscle and shed body fat.

After battling against the male dominated sector of Finance for one too many days I decided at the end of 2019 to walk away from my career and follow my true passion in life – helping women become EMPOWERED

I was told by A LOT of people (99% of who were male) that I would ‘fail’ that I wasn’t ‘enough’ to start my own business. In one year I have grown one of the most successful Fitness Brands in the world – a true testimony to the kind of woman I am – UNSTOPPABLE. So let me show you how I teach women just like you become unstoppable in pursuit of their own goals.

You probably look at those photos and think, “Laura you can’t possibly understand me or what I’m going through.” Just like you’re in a bad spot now, I used to be there and I didn’t know how to get out of it because there was so much information on the internet that I didn’t know what to do.

I don’t believe in having a ‘set programme’ because women are not the same and their lives are not the same. A 25 year old will get results in a very different way compared to a 52 year old woman who is post menopause.

Someone who works long set hours in an office has a different schedule to someone who works shift work.

That is EXACTLY why I do the BREAKTHROUGH calls – I want to know abgout YOU -whats your life like, time schedules, eating habits, what food do you like, whats your current metabolism like…tghe list goes on. Once I know that then I can give YOU a strategy that will actually work for YOU instead of another cookie cutter plan

People think in order to get results they need to have a super knowledgeable trainer a forever and say, Laura you’re just going to charge me for the rest of my life.

But ladies, that’s not true. What I end up doing is teaching you the principles and systems so you can do it on your own for the rest of your life. I’ve perfected a system where you can sustain it long-term, lose body fat and maintain a toned physique

This coach will be assigned to you depending on who I believe will be the best fit for YOUR journey. Hopefully if you have watched my social media for awhile or even if you are just a new follower you will see that I hold EXTREMELY high standards for myself and that transitions to my coaching team which in turn is why we produce world class results for our clients over and over.

So every one of these coaches have been through an in depth hiring and training process. They are all certified in the necessary areas as well as being put through continued training. Michelle is one of the most inspiring women I have ever met and it is an honour to have her on my team. Michelle has been a Certified Athletic Trainer and a Movement & Corrective Exercise Professional since 2006. educating and empowering individuals to achieve pain-free performance, not only in the gym, but more importantly, in life!

"I know what I need to do - I just need to do it"

If you TRULY knew how to do something then you would be doing it – end of story

You don’t see a surgeon saying “I actually know how to do that – i just need to start doing it instead of doing it wrong again and again like i have been doing”

No – you either know it or you don’t.

Anyone can read some information on the internet or follow someone on instagram and think they ‘get it’

I could read all the books possible about flying a plane but I am not going to turn up at the airport tomorrow telling the pilot to take the day off that I got this.

We all know that to lose weight you need to eat less and move more – that is not new information. What the VAST majority people don’t know is how to apply that within their lives

How do they eat less and move more when their lives are so hectic and they don’t have a lot of time?

How to see results while still eating the same as the rest of your family and enjoying treats with the kids?

What should they be eating when told ‘eat less’?

Does a certain time make a difference?

What kind of exercises will be most effective for my body shape?

How to stay on track when you are super stressed and want to dive head first into a family bag of chocolate?

How to socialise and not sabotage your hard work?

How to become more motivated to workout on a consistent basis to actually see the results?

I could go on and on…

There is a HUGE difference between ‘knowing’ something and actually doing it.

If you are not doing it day in day out then you simply don’t know how to do it.

You may know the basics but you don’t know how to apply it on a consistent basis

And let’s face it no one ever achieved their goal by simply knowing ‘how’ to do it…

You are either at your goal or you are not and if you are not then you need to ask yourself WHY

Do you ACTUALLY know how to do it or have you just read some things online and have a basic understanding?

This was a conversation I had with a lady a couple weeks ago and very similar to a lot of conversations that I have with women on a daily basis who are ready to commit to becoming the best version of themselves but when push comes to shove they prioritize other things in life

So let’s talk about the female guilt associated with prioritising ourselves..

I don’t know any woman that isn’t plagued by it, including me. Most women have been conditioned from a young age to be nice and accommodating. And that’s okay…to an extent.

But if too many of our decisions and choices are guided by other people’s feelings and perceptions, where do our own needs and desires fit in?

As females we place a pecking order on our lives;

  • Kids
  • Partner
  • House
  • Career
  • Friends
  • Holidays
  • New Clothes
  • New Car
  • Everything else and the kitchen sink

…then OURSELVES!

We place ourselves at the bottom of the pile believing that everything else is more important and that if we spend time, money or energy on ourselves we will be deemed as ‘selfish’ or a ‘bad mom.
