It was just a few years ago that I loathed my body, had no confidence and went from one crash diet to another.
My entire life was consumed by excessive exercising, restrictive eating and extreme diet plans all in an attempt to have the ‘perfect body’, feel good, look good and be confident in my own skin.
But no matter how much weight I lost, or however many times I stepped on the scale, I was always met with the same sadness and feeling of defeat of not being “enough”.
My physique consumed me and I spiralled into a dangerous relationship with food.
I would count calories obsessively, try every and any diet that hooked me in with the words “quick results” and “rapid fat loss“, exercised for hours each day, all in an attempt to lose more weight.
But painfully, the more weight I lost, the more I would only ever compare my body to others.
I soon found myself on a self-destructive path that would go onto effect every area of my life.
My career struggling.
My relationships suffering.
My life unfulfilling.
My life revolved around food, to the point, where food controlled me and my thoughts, all day, everyday.
It was overwhelming.
And I felt trapped as if there wasn’t a way out.
It took me a long time to get out of the dark place I was in and learn that it’s not about weight loss –
Let me say that again: it’s not about weight loss.
– in fact, when you think about it, losing weight implies that you’re losing. And when we lose something, our subconscious mind wants to (re)gain it.
That thing, being weight, is why I see so many today struggling with ‘yo-yo’ dieting.
Constantly losing weight only to regain it all again.
It’s painful and I’ve been here – so trust me when I say that I 100% understand.
But what I understand now is that this journey is not about what you lose (weight, body fat, love handles, etc) but rather everything you gain: body confidence, happiness, health, energy, better sleep. The list goes on.
It was my late understanding of this that was the turning point for me. My own personal journey then led me onto a journey of professional development. While working on my lifestyle and educating myself on fitness and nutrition, I became a dedicated, certified coach and my life dramatically changed.
I went from drifting through my career to becoming one of the youngest females in the London Financial Hub to secure a role directly beside a CEO in a hedge fund.
And it didn’t stop there either….
I moved cities.
I found life-changing relationships.
I regained control and reclaimed my confidence.
But most importantly, I found ME.
By going on this journey of personal and professional development, I learned what it actually takes to get long-lasting results. And guess what? Long-lasting results do not require you to live on fad diets or exercise excessively.
Instead, I was finally accessing the tools I needed to create balance. And in doing this I discovered my ideal lifestyle, one that has allowed me to be myself again. Truly.
Looking back, I’m not only grateful for this period of my life, but I am the version of me today because of it. It was the greatest teacher and provided me with the experience and wisdom needed to create sustainable change.

Half of the battle when it comes to dieting, or starting any journey for that matter, is knowing what to do to get the best results in the shortest period of time. And let’s face it – the world of nutrition is confusing.
One minute carbs are bad for us and the next it’s dietary fats. This confusion is usually at the core of why people fail to get results. Which is when coaching comes in. As your coach, you won’t have to worry about “what do I need to eat” or “how many times do I need to workout” because I will give you this information.

However, I could write the world’s greatest diet and training programme for anyone… but it doesn’t mean they’ll stick to it. Because Google can’t keep you accountable, but I can.
This is where accountability comes in and you start seeing more results than you ever once thought was possible. Accountability, in a nutshell, is me (as your coach) refusing you let you (as the client) give up, fall off track or go in the wrong direction. It’s a fail-proof way of guaranteeing results.

Look, I get it. It’s easy to get started on this journey. Monday comes around and you’re buzzing to get going… but by Thursday, you have fallen off track already. But when you’re accountable to a coach? You have a guided plan to follow that they (I) don’t let you fall off.

As we are online we provide our clients full support daily to coach them on nutrition, workouts, mindset etc and provide support/accountability around the clock which far exceeds the one hour support weekly you get attending a class in person etc
No - the vast majority of our clients actually train from home with a large percent of them using zero equipment. As each programme is tailored around what equipment if any you have access to it doesn't make any difference if you train at home or in a gym.
We provide all our clients template meal plans to help give them breakfast ideas, quick dinner plans etc but we teach our clients how to eat healthy without relying on a meal plan.
