At the time of putting this Menopause Guide together I have coached 100s and 100s of menopausal women, taken countless menopause courses, attended around 35 menopause seminars over the years and about to start another high level menopause nutrition course that features new research and findings
HOWEVER, what I believe sets me apart when it comes to why and how I can generate such longterm success with menopause clients is my commitment to understanding the actual woman BEHIND all the science
