Meet Kelly who reduced her hot flashes in 10 weeks completely naturally

Kelly is in her final stages of peri menopause (she has gone 11 months without a cycle) and came to us reporting a LOT of different symptoms including bloating, joint pain and hot flashes
After 10 weeks ALL of these are gone and she has also lost 7.5lbs
Hot Flashes and Night Sweats (vasomotor symptoms) are one of the most common menopausal symptoms with 70-80% of women reporting these
They are also the “easiest” and quickest menopause symptoms we treat – typically we get women to zero hot flashes/night sweats within 5-10weeks
COMPLETELY NATURALLY – ie no HRT or supplements

A lot of Kelly’s symptoms were signaling high inflammation so that was the first thing we tackled and leaned her towards an anti inflammatory diet

Reduce intake of refined sugars – this is things like candy, chocolate, alcohol, highly processed foods. Note the word REDUCE – we don’t need to fully eliminate them. These are inflammatory foods so in most cases they will trigger night sweats/hot flashes

Consuming enough Vit E (15mg) and Omega 3 (430 mg) This can and should be done via FOOD – we didn’t use supplements here.

Consume at min 25g fiber a day – For Kelly this made the biggest difference.
