This client came to us 10 weeks struggling with many symptoms of poor gut health and was finding weight loss impossible

Firstly, what are the signs of poor gut health?

  • Not eating enough protein

So with this client it was actually about reducing the inflammation in her gut that vastly improved her GUT HEALTH. 

Ie increasing her food intake, having more consistent meal times, reducing intensity of her workouts, improving sleep quality and improving the use of caffeine. 

When we started improving her gut health not only did bloat go down but mood improved, brain fog feeling reduced, inflammation went down, visceral fat started to decrease and energy levels went up.
