Menopause Treatment Plan - Overview
An initial screening is conducted to gather a baseline on the below
- Current menopausal health (symptoms, challenges menopause has presented etc)
- Gut Health
- Pelvic Health (joint pain, sexual health, bladder changes)
- Hormonal Health (signs of high cortisol, signs of hunger hormones dysregulated, signs of mood hormones dysregulated etc)
- Sleep Health
- Energy Levels
- Current Food Choices (preferences, how time influences your ability to prep, cook etc)
Nutrition Parameters for Menopause
Once the screening is conducted
- Your 1-1 coach will provide guidelines for your goals around volume of food, proper protein targets, magnesium, fiber, vitamin D, omega 3’s, B12, probiotics, and more throughout the program as we build on your nutrition plan
- Based on the foods that’s realistic for you your coach will show you HOW you can eat to hit the above parameters INSIDE your life with the foods you enjoy. Also- how to do this in a way that’s realistic for you timewise
- We will also give a large range of recipes for inspiration and help you decide what recipes will work best for you
Hormone Optimization for Menopause
Once the screening is conducted
- Your coach will monitor menopause symptoms on a weekly basis to then develop weekly action plans to help improve how you experience your menopause symptoms and give you confidence to manage your symptoms
- Sleep health
Lifetime Education
- Lifetime access to our comprehensive education portal, which is curated to empower and provide you with knowledge in every stage of your journey with your 1-1 coach in topics such as HRT, Pelvic Health, Sleep Health, Gut Heath, Supplementation, Stress Management and more.
- Access to evidence based guidelines on menopause, providing you with reliable information to make informed decisions about your health
- Library of informative articles, practical tips, support session videos, and masterclasses led by Laura Lambe and our coaches
- Learning weeks are held bi-monthly- which is a time for you to engage with educational materials such as readings, videos, workshops, or interactive exercises given by the coaching team to deepen your understanding of concepts related to your menopause journey and how to apply them
1-1 Support
We do NOT give one nutrition and one exercise plan for the entire 4 months as that is extremely unrealistic
- You have access to reach out to your coach 24/7 for any support you need
Check ins from your coach weekly via text to see how you are getting on as perhaps something in your life changed since we put a plan together for you and we need to change something in order for you to see results and feel successful in your journey. There will be additional access to 1-1 zoom calls with your coach.
The main weekly check in will be to review progress, symptoms, wins/barriers etc where we will track the progress to your goals and amend your nutrition/exercise plan based on results that week
- We will also ask you if anything is going to change in your life for the week ahead (perhaps you will be traveling for work, perhaps you have a social event coming up that needs included in your nutrition, perhaps work will be busier this week and you will have less time to exercise so we need to change that)
- We also make sure we continually gather more information about your health to see if your energy levels have changed during the week or your bloating or bowels etc – this allows us to make very quick tweaks to your nutrition to keep the results coming
Community Support
Access to a smaller client community where you’ll find a network of like-minded women on a similar journey. This community provides continued encouragement with the ability to engage in discussions, exchange experiences, and gain different perspectives to amplify your achievements and navigate challenges!
